History of major events since the company’s creation
1990: "SADEP" was named "Ets Benaoudia Nor El Islam", selling fishing equipment and supplies.
2001: Creation of "SARL SADEP" by two brothers: Benaoudia Nor El Islam and Benaoudia Said Ramdane.
2004: SADEP became the exclusive distributor of marine engines for the Korean company HYUNDAI MACHINERY.
2007: SADEP ventured into the construction of wooden fishing boats.
2009: Creation of Algeria-Korea Marine Service "SAKOMAS", which specializes in the construction of fiberglass boats and boat repairs in cooperation with the Korean company HYUNDAI. SAKOMAS has a 1500 m² hangar and 11,000 m² of space.
2013: SAKOMAS equipped with shipbuilding equipment from South Korea and on-site training provided by Korean engineers for three months.
2016: Construction of the largest fishing boat in Algeria, 19 meters in FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic).
2022: Export of fishing boats to Africa.
2024: Delivery of the first 40-seat tourist boat.
